Migi Aguiar

Welcome to MFN FIT, I’m Migi.

I grew up playing sports, I’ve been boxing for 20 year’s, I always appreciated healthy, active lifestyle but it wasn’t until I completed my first body building show that I realized my potential and drive to help others achieve the same goals.

Before I was a trainer I worked in the corporate world, until I felt the pull to follow my dreams. I left everything I knew to pursue what I loved. I became a personal trainer in 2018 at R.W Training Facility, where I still train today.

I’ve competed in numerous men’s physic shows, currently competing on the National level in pursuit of a pro card. In 2019 I won overall men’s physic for NPC Nevada State. I want to continue to share my passion with others who have the commitment and dedication to compete.

As a father myself, I love to help the youth learn about healthy habits and lifestyle. I teach kids classes focused in speed training, conditioning and self defense.

My drive to continue to learn about the health and fitness industry is what makes me the coach that I am. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals!
